Pt. Krishen Ramdeen and the ISHA Kirtan Aachaaryas launch their new group as a first step towards serving the divine.
ISHA represents an idea of immortality substantiated by the belief that a seed planted today can spread through eternity. That seed is the Isha Kirtan Aachaariyas, children constructed with deep values and elemental goodness, with the vision that they would someday build a better world. ISHA is founded in spirituality versus religion, in team synergy versus individuality, in living knowledge versus archaic information and in impassioned devotion merged with intellectual exploration.

Gurudev Pundit Krishen Ramdeen
Gurudev Pundit Krishen Ramdeen - BSc. (Hon.) Mechanical Engineering & MSc. (Hon.) Environmental Management- by profession he is a Corporate and Shared Services Director in a Company in the Energy Sector. Pt. Krishen has grown to be a true leader in his professional life, a pioneer of spirituality who encourages others to see beyond a boxed-in mentality. He is an all-round musician, astrologer, teacher and vocalist. The people of his community regard him with great respect as a teacher and a leader. The true purpose that burns within his heart is the desire to make this world a better place by empowering the Youths. His vision is to produce Youth Leaders as independent free thinkers. Bachhe Kaand – ‘The Children’s Chapter’ a project founded and piloted by Gurudev Pt. Krishen Ramdeen. According to Gurudev Pt. Krishen Ramdeen, we must break the figurative glass ceilings that society has created in our lives and know whatever the mind can fathom, the child can achieve.

Pundita Lutchmie Ramdeen
Pundita Lutchmie Ramdeen is a wife and mother with exceptional qualities including a versatile Palmist, trained Astrologer and Counselor. She is a musician and vocalist, special religious instructor of the Trinidad Academy of Hinduism and was a teacher by profession, now retired. She is a role model in her surroundings.

Pundit Keshav Ramdeen
Pundit Keshav Ramdeen is the son of Gurudev Pt. Krishen Ramdeen and Shrimati Ella ji. Pt. Keshav is 14 years old and attends Presentation College . He's been a part of Bachhe Kaand since it's inception. He enjoys singing, giving pravachan and promoting Sanatan Dharma with his fellow ISHA Kirtan Aachaaryas. Like any teenager he's an avid gamer but also uses his skills as technical support for the ISHA Movement. He, like all our youth represents a glimpse of the ever evolving face of our great Dharma as we project into the future.
